What does the documentation package that comes with my solar system contain?

In the documentation package you will find a description of your system, an overview of the various components included, declaration of conformity, product sheet, proof of commissioning, proof of system ownership and user guide for panels and inverter.

Where can I find the documentation package?

You can find the documentation package on “My Page” under "Your documents".

Please log in to the app with the same username and password used for "My Page".

In the app, you will be able to keep track of your power generation. Also, you will be able to see how much your photovoltaic system produces every day, week, month and year. To do so, the inverter must be connected to the WIFI so that it can send data to the application.

Do I need to clean the photovoltaic modules?

Photovoltaic panels require minimal maintenance. They can be washed from time to time if leaves, pollen or dust accumulate. You can rinse them with the garden hose, but it is not necessary, never with chemicals or tools that can scratch the surface.

If you still want to do it, you should do it in the morning or at night when the modules are cold. These are made of glass and are therefore smoother than regular tiles. Therefore, the dirt will slide more easily than on the rest of the cover and will facilitate its removal.
